What is the difference between  silicone rubber vacuum machine and a silicone rubber injection machine?

 if there is a vacuum cover to assist in molding, the quality of the product can be guaranteed and the yield rate will be high.

 Through vacuum pressure during molding, the product is better vulcanized, the time is shortened, and the quality is improved. 

The thickness of the product reaches more than 5MM. Vacuum machines and injection molding machines are cost-effective,

 and the cost of machinery and molds is relatively low. Generally, vacuum machines are used in auto parts, 3C electronic products, 

kitchen supplies industries, etc.


If customers have high quality and high requirements for products, they generally mind using a silicone rubber injection machine, 

which saves time, and effort and high quality. However, the cost is higher than that of a vacuum machine. 

This depends on the customer needs of each factory. Different machines have different needs,
